Review of Xbox One Elite Controller
Review of Xbox One Elite Controller:
The Good:
Versatility is the controllers greatest strength. Besides the four front buttons and two bumpers there's almost nothing permanent with this controller. The back paddles can be removed anytime; triggers can be physically set to different distances; and control sticks can easily be swapped. You also have the ability to map any button to any other button you wish. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller is comfortable due to changes of the grips, as well as good-looking due to the jet-black color scheme and matte finish.
The Bad:
That being said, the amount of customization options can be overwhelming for someone who isn't interested in X- and Y-axis acceleration or setting the sensitivity of a trigger down to the nearest millimeter. The weight of the controller is a little heavier compared to other Xbox controllers.
